Overview
During my product management internship with panghe, I supported the development and rollout of new features for an existing cloud-computing product. My work covered feature research, product-rule clarification, user-flow design, documentation, release coordination, user education, and post-launch operational support.
I worked across both the user-facing experience and the internal processes needed to introduce features clearly and reliably.

My Responsibilities
- Supported the rollout of new product features by clarifying requirements, user scenarios, product rules, dependencies, and operational constraints.
- Mapped user flows for feature discovery, purchase, activation, use, renewal, expiration, and issue resolution.
- Translated PRDs and internal product logic into user manuals, FAQs, release notes, and step-by-step guidance.
- Documented feature rules and edge cases, including capacity limits, regional restrictions, expiration policies, data recovery, and current limitations.
- Coordinated feature-related materials for Android distribution channels and helped prepare metadata, documentation, and submission requirements when updates were released.
- Reviewed user feedback and customer-support scenarios to identify confusing steps, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve product communication.
- Conducted competitive analysis across cloud-computing products, comparing user experience, pricing, service quality, community operations, support, and retention strategies.
- Organized product findings into structured comparison tables, presentations, and recommendations for internal discussion.

Key deliverables
- Feature user manuals and FAQs
- Release notes and update documentation
- User-flow and product-rule summaries
- Competitive-analysis reports
- Channel update and submission materials
- Feedback and issue-classification documentation
What I Learned
- This internship showed me that launching a feature involves much more than designing it. A feature must also be clearly defined, documented, communicated, distributed, supported, and improved after release.
- I learned how product managers connect user needs, technical constraints, platform requirements, operations, customer support, and business goals throughout the feature lifecycle.
